Hi, I'm Milise - the hands behind Tracy Delmar Boutique.

"Tracy Delmar" isn't my name. It's my mom's - a nickname she went by as a girl, long before I came along. Naming the boutique after her felt like the right way to carry a little bit of her into something I love building.

What started as an online hat shop has grown alongside my own hands-on hat training. I'm a Certified Hat Master through Hat Masters Wholesale & Training - three hands-on days learning steaming, shaping, cutting, measuring, crowns, and brims from people who clearly love this craft as much as I was starting to.

That training is why Tracy Delmar Boutique is becoming more than a place to buy a hat.

Today the boutique is both: curated, ready-to-wear hats for the Dallas/Western, fedora, and Stampede styles I love, plus real professional hat services - shaping, reshaping, cleaning, restoration, branding, and custom builds - done one-on-one, for people who want a hat that's actually theirs.
